Our Till systems are suitable for use in most environments such as retail, hospitality & leisure, wholesale, canteens, etc. When utilised with our hand-held ordering system, you will have an EPOS capable of taking remote orders, where data is keyed in or written by hand, and where the device transmits the order directly to a terminal, printer or on a touch-screen display for further interaction; no more illegible hand written orders being deciphered at the till or back office.

The Till system hosts the ability to see stock availability on screen. You can even restrict the sale of certain products if their quantity falls below zero. Availability can be managed at the point of sale, rather than further down the line when attempting to complete an order. Our back office software provides a comprehensive warehouse solution.

The back office solution also incorporates extensive reporting tools which enables you to generate numerous reports and export then in a wide range of file formats, including Excel and CSV.

Standalone EPOS System Option
The EPOS Till can run on its own without the need for a server, connection to the Internet, or the back office PC meaning that additional space is not required other than the space taken up by the cash drawer. All operations, including programming and configuration are handled on-screen so a keyboard & mouse are not required.

Reliability
Our embedded Windows CE till systems are solid state, with no fans or hard drives. The system is one of the most stable, crash free EPOS Till Software products on the market. It has had more than a decade in development and use and approximately 40,000 licenses in daily use.

Security
One of the primary considerations when it comes to investing in an EPOS system is the matter of security and how to reduce stock shrinkage from theft. Our solution has many features to monitor discrepancies and assist in preventing theft.

Staff identification to ensure that you know who was using the till at the time indicated. Methods include; simple pin numbers, magnetic cards, iButtons, finger prints & RFID cards.

Ÿ
Cash Declaration for managers means that the manager has to count the money in the drawer and tell the till how much is there before an end-of-day report is generated; the till will identify and highlight any discrepancy. This prevents errors where a till does not reconcile at the end of the trading day.

Remote journal viewing allows management to view the activity on one of the tills from another till or a remote PC. This gives you the ability to survey the bar area and to compare the till register.

CCTV Journal Overlay gives you the option of having CCTV film the bar area whilst recording till activity overlaid on the video footage.

Keg/Spirit dispenser monitoring is an excellent system that ensures that each measure of alcohol dispensed coincides with the same item sold at a till.

Full Stock Control to keep track of what should be in stock and allows you to easily identify inventory against receipts.
